Position Summary

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Lead Client Success Strategist to become a vital member of our Client Success division. This role is pivotal in fostering and nurturing robust relationships with our clientele, acting as a trusted consultant and advisor.

The Lead Client Success Strategist will be tasked with developing and executing client success strategies, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investment in Radix. This strategically significant position is centered on Enterprise Clients and necessitates a methodical, organized, and diligent approach to achieve success.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication abilities, strong business insight, and a proven history of effectively managing client relationships in a consulting or advisory capacity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong connections with designated clients, serving as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor across all facets of their operations.
  • Conduct regular consultations with clients to comprehend their business objectives and needs, providing insights and recommendations on how Radix's offerings can assist in meeting those goals.
  • Evaluate client data and industry trends to pinpoint growth and enhancement opportunities, formulating strategic initiatives to leverage these prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Implementation, and Support, to guarantee a seamless client experience and the delivery of value-added services.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders regarding client performance, satisfaction, and engagement levels.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the Client Success team, sharing best practices and offering support on complex client matters.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, disseminating knowledge and insights to clients and internal teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment. Experience in the Multifamily sector is a plus.
  • Capability to manage the people, processes, and technology components of a software solution to ensure adoption and value realization.
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to contextualize business scenarios to devise creative, practical solutions that meet business objectives.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that empowers independent work with minimal oversight, utilizing sound judgment to escalate issues when necessary.
  • Technologically adept and capable of mastering Radix products, services, technologies, and business processes.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
