Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistics Research Leader to join our team at MD Anderson Cancer Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics, experience with data analytics, and a proven track record of leading research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute analysis plans for research studies
  • Mentor graduate-level trainees in data science, biostatistics, or computer science
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop research programs
  • Develop and implement statistical models for clinical medicine and translational oncology research
Requirements
  • Doctorate-level degree in Biostatistics or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in data analytics, mathematics, or statistical modeling
  • Highly proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, C, SQL, or MATLAB
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of obtaining and supporting externally funded research grants
