About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncologist to lead our clinical research efforts in the Texas region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oncology and a passion for improving patient care through scientific discovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and manage oncology clinical trials from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
  • Provide expert oncology care to patients participating in clinical trials, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Identify and enroll patients that meet inclusion/exclusion criteria.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of research findings.
  • Collaborate with a team of researchers, healthcare professionals, and external partners to advance clinical research initiatives.
  • Ensure all clinical trials comply with FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional policies.
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree with specialization in Oncology.
  • Board certification in Oncology and an active medical license.
  • Proven physician experience with their own practice or have access to patients.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations in oncology research.
