Senior Biostatistician

MD Anderson Center seeks a highly skilled Biostatistician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics, experience with data analytics, and a proven track record of obtaining and supporting externally funded research grants.

• Design and execute analysis plans for research studies in Anesthesiology, Critical Care, and Pain Medicine.
• Mentor graduate-level trainees in data science, biostatistics, or computer science.
• Develop and implement statistical models for clinical medicine and translational oncology research.
• Collaborate with investigators to design and conduct research studies.
• Present research findings at international and national scientific meetings.

• Doctorate-level degree in Biostatistics or a related field.
• Minimum of three to 10 years of experience in data analytics, mathematics, or statistical modeling.
• Highly proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, C, SQL, or MATLAB.
• Experience in fields related to Anesthesiology, Critical Care, or Pain Medicine.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Target base salary of $101,840 to $210,112.
