Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations to customers on storage solutions.
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with personalized service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
