Job Title: 4X10 Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused 4X10 Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
  • Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Utilize technology and systems to complete account management tasks and accurately document customer interactions
  • Escalate customer issues to management as needed and provide updates to customers on the status of their issues
  • Attend training and meetings to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • State or Federal work experience
