Bilingual French Customer Support Specialist

Percepta is looking for a Customer Service Case Manager (Bilingual French) to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support by establishing trust and enthusiasm with clients
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for product information and assistance
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via calls and emails with professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns utilizing available resources effectively
- Engage in marketing and sales initiatives
- Achieve designated objectives and contribute feedback for departmental enhancement
Requirements:
- High school diploma is mandatory; a degree is preferred
- Fluency in both English and Canadian French
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles
- Familiarity with the automotive sector is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
