Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Manager to execute a best-in-class acquisition strategy for D Brands. This includes leading audience and messaging strategies, managing media budgets, forecasting channel efficiency, and driving growth through testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social media buying strategy, including planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement, increasing brand awareness, qualified traffic, retention, and better CAC and LTV.
  • Uncover deep consumer audience insights, identify consumer intent, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Execute A/B experimentation, learning, and risk-taking to raise campaign performance.
  • Guide investment, maintain communication, and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot media spend daily, identifying opportunities and performance issues.
  • Define key performance indicators, create and review tracking reports, and discuss ongoing optimization opportunities.
  • Manage budget forecasts and phasing of spends throughout the year.
  • Support new client auditing with business development across paid media channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in paid social media planning and execution.
  • Expert understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads marketing channels and tools.
  • Experience in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Advanced customer-centric analytical skills and substantial problem-solving ability.
  • Multi-functional project management and strategy development skills.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to execute rapidly and successfully in an unstructured environment.
