Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain computer systems, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Network Support: Provide support for network infrastructure, including configuring and troubleshooting network devices and protocols.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and system documentation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in information technology, systems administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products, including Microsoft Windows, Windows Servers, Microsoft Office365, and SharePoint. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve basic/routine system hardware, software, or networking related problems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud infrastructure, digital workspace, and storage technology.
  • Scripting: Interest or motivation to learn and apply scripting methodologies to automate tasks.
