Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Premises Maintenance Coordinator at Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our cleaning and maintenance teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
The Premises Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Coordinating the activities of our cleaning and maintenance teams
• Assigning tasks to workers and inspecting completed work for conformance to standards
• Overseeing floor and carpet care employees
• Issuing supplies and equipment
• Resolving worker problems or referring matters to the Manager
• Performing duties of workers supervised
• Directly supervising 2 to 50 employees
• Assisting in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraising employee performance
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving problems

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Two years' experience with supervision and floor care experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability required
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of position
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with contractual obligations

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)
