About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Maintenance and Support Coordinator to join our facilities management team at Spectrum. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal utilization of our facilities through coordination of technical activities, including building maintenance and grounds maintenance. Your ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and staff will be critical in achieving this goal.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-service facility management experience and possess significant mechanical aptitude. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use office equipment are also essential. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, Spectrum provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate facilities management activities, including building maintenance and grounds maintenance
  • Work effectively with contractors, vendors, and staff to ensure efficient utilization of facilities
  • Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including temperature settings, gauge readings, and valve adjustments
  • Procure and direct outside contractors involved in facility repair/maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Charters policies and procedures
