Southern Talent Specialists is in search of a Senior Training Specialist who possesses an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a Training Manager and Curriculum Developer, collaborating closely with prominent government officials and team leaders to deliver specialized training on Department of Defense systems while overseeing the comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate technical training sessions on systems including JWICS, AMHS, GCCS-J, JPES, and JOPES for senior Department of Defense personnel.
  • Oversee the management of training initiatives and curriculum development aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation while monitoring contract training obligations.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Utilize sound judgment to achieve contract objectives.
  • Foster positive interactions with clients and team members to cultivate strong partnerships.
  • Provide expert guidance within a complex military framework.

Qualifications Required:

  • Possession of an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of Information Technology.
  • Experience with Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS).
  • Familiarity with Agile Systems.
