Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop acquisition plans and procurement milestone schedules
  • Coordinate tasks and attend meetings related to the development of a procurement package
  • Prepare procurement packages, including requirements documentation, market research, and independent government cost estimates
  • Provide recommendations on contract type and method of acquisition
  • Prepare and assist with the preparation of Justifications for Other-Than-Full- and-Open-Competition (JOFOCs)
  • Review and improve customer statements of work and other pre-award documentation
Requirements:
  • 6 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the procurement function
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)
  • Experience with Federal Procurement Data System - Next Generation (FPDS-NG)
  • Familiarity with inter-agency acquisition vehicles, including NASA SEWP and GSA Schedules
Education and Clearance:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and be eligible for an agency clearance.
