Job Title: Medication Care Specialist

Sunrise Senior Living is committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a skilled Medication Care Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
  • Review and document medication administration records.
  • Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication administration.
  • Participate in daily cross-over meetings to discuss resident care and medication administration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sunrise Senior Living policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications in CPR and First Aid required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations.
