As an Optical Sales Professional at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice to customers on eyewear products, ensuring they find the perfect solution for their vision needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution for their vision needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
