Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with our clinical services team and ensuring that our brand standards are met in the lab area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, training, and ongoing development plans for store associates.
  • Build strong partnerships with clinical services and ensure that our brand standards are met in the lab area.
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure that all staff members are achieving desired goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the Support Center and Human Resources to ensure seamless operations.
  • Execute customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses.
  • Ensure that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
  • Valid ABO/NCLE Certification (preferred) or willingness to earn certification within the first year of employment.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs.
