Your Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of all ingredients and cooking methods utilized in our menu offerings.
  • Ensure that your station is consistently prepared, seasoned, and organized throughout service.
  • Participate effectively in a well-coordinated service period, focusing on excellence in cooking, timing, presentation, and communication.
  • Maintain composure and efficiency while managing multiple tasks and responding to direction from culinary leaders.
  • Encourage collaboration and excellence within the kitchen team.
  • Show a willingness to enhance your skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
What We Expect From You:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a culinary role at a full-service establishment or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with oven or meat roasting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not mandatory.
