Key Objectives:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Assist in upholding the highest food quality by supporting the Executive Head Chef in all kitchen operations.
  • Standards Compliance: Adhere to Aqua's rigorous standards for food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure all kitchen stations are adequately staffed and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Service Precision: Monitor seasonings, portions, and presentation to maintain exceptional food service standards.
  • Waste Reduction: Properly store unused food to minimize waste and maximize quality.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist with budgetary and payroll expense management as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes while maintaining top-tier quality.
  • Inventory Control: Support the Head Chef in verifying and ordering fresh produce and pantry items.
  • Staff Development: Lead by example to enhance staff morale and retention. Conduct staff inductions and on-the-job training, in line with company standards.
