Customer Service Specialist

This role is dedicated to supporting the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand. You will manage a significant volume of calls while efficiently utilizing systems to gather information and process incoming orders.
Leverage your knowledge of Cobra and PUMA products to effectively communicate with golf professionals, sales representatives, and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating strong verbal communication skills to identify core issues and provide effective solutions.
- Driving sales through upselling and cross-selling additional products to both wholesale clients and consumers.
- Ensuring prompt execution of order entries and responding to consumer inquiries via established platforms.
- Adhering to established policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment.
- Making recommendations and cross-selling over the phone using product availability data.
- Maintaining a composed and enthusiastic phone demeanor with clear articulation.
- Handling daily order entries for golf clubs and related products.
- Communicating primarily through email with sales representatives and accounts.
- Meeting an order entry turnaround time of less than 24 hours.
- Conducting extensive follow-up communications regarding order updates, invoice inquiries, and product launch information.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- A college degree is preferred.
- French bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of golf clubs and products is essential.
- Experience in golf retail and club fitting is beneficial.
- Prior customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably within the golf industry.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- A courteous and professional phone manner.
- A passion for the brands and the game of golf.
- Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs.
The compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus potential, and benefits. Pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
