Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to adults, including physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Arizona State License as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Board certification in Adult Medicine.
- Current CPR certification.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health records.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in adult primary care or specialty care.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
