Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Home Organizers, Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across various channels including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Continuously track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations.
  • Identify and execute A/B test opportunities to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and effective ad creatives by identifying creative learnings and insights.
  • Manage, monitor, and adjust budgets for marketing channels, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • In-depth experience with digital marketing channels and best practices, especially paid search and paid social.
  • Proven ability to bring innovative testing ideas to the table and implement new technologies and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract data and trending insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
