Creative Strategy Lead, The Female Quotient

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Creative Strategy to join our team at The Female Quotient. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting sponsorships, sales, and marketing initiatives through strategic proposal creation across our events, content, and monetizable products.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranded Creative Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branded creative strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Create best-in-class sales and partnership proposals, templates, and RFP responses, including general presentations, tentpole development, one-sheets, and case studies.
- Partner with sales and partnership leads on client meetings, pitches, and breaking into new advertiser categories.
- Design and implement processes and efficiencies to ensure seamless workflow between sales and supporting teams.
Content Development
- Collaborate with our social and design teams to develop a branded content approach that captures new audiences and drives sellable opportunities.
- Build out the strategy and framework for commercial partnerships that align with our business goals.
Process and Project Management
- Develop and implement processes and efficiencies to ensure seamless workflow between sales and supporting teams.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the media industry, including industry marketing and visibility opportunities, digital content companies, and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, be highly collaborative, and manage multiple people, deadlines, and partnerships.
- Significant experience in integrated marketing, sales marketing, brand strategy, creative strategy, and/or branded content roles executing high-volume, integrated digital advertising campaigns.
- Publisher experience preferred, specifically at a social-first publisher.
- Perfectionist with a focus on clarity, cleanliness, and consistency across decks, collateral, creative, and strategy.
- Expertise in Google Slides and ability to build decks within our templates.
- Strong understanding of client KPIs and ability to strategically align our products with core KPIs to achieve success.
- Fluency in digital media language across all mediums, including impressions, CTR, CPM, eCPM, CPV, vCPM, etc.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Passionate about working closely with partners, forming strong relationships, and driving revenue.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Stay on the pulse of the marketing and advertising industry and have a strong understanding of the evolving landscape.
- Passion for advancing gender equality in the workplace.
- Ability to wear multiple hats.
