Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Contract/Freelance Associate Creative Director (ACD) Copywriter to join our client's award-winning Brand Design team. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creative strategy and overall brand voice across multiple channels.

  • This role is a hybrid position in a major metropolitan area. It is a 3-month duration, with the possibility of extension.
  • A strong digital portfolio is required.
  • Candidates must have experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands, as our client is not interested in advertising agency copywriters.
  • Hourly Rate: $60 - $70.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop innovative concepts and directions for campaigns, executions, and positioning.
  • Craft compelling copy for various touchpoints, including digital media, physical consumer experiences, product naming and packaging, PR efforts, and internal projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and develop on-strategy branding and messaging.
  • Translate creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on English or Journalism, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in an advertising or in-house creative.

  • Mastery of written communication, both short- and long-form.
  • Proven creative ability and the capacity to present and sell creative ideas.
  • Strategic thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
