Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Small Business Banking organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, revenue, and market share with existing and new clients.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university/college degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with financial products and services.
