About the Role
Fidelity is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to facilitate relationships with our most valuable clients. As a key member of our team, you will inspire client dedication and engagement, developing long-lasting, positive relationships with Fidelity. You will learn to nurture a book of business and successfully find opportunities to add value to the relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate setting targeted appointments to improve client engagement
- Provide exceptional client service and support
- Collaborate with the Relationship Manager team to deepen client relationships
- Develop and implement client contact strategies
- Build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with clients
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire
- 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis on providing an excellent customer experience
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
- Ability to find success in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detailed compliance environment
