Position Summary: We are in search of a meticulous individual to fulfill the role of Financial Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. This role requires adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $16.00/hr (DOE)

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional after-hours calls may be necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project managers and superintendents to procure materials essential for construction projects
  • Ensure all material purchases align with the project budget
  • Coordinate the rental of necessary equipment, including dumpsters and mobile storage units
  • Manage incoming calls to the budget line
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Potential for cross-training in other areas

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or related capacity
  • Accounting experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with construction budgets and financial margins
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Basic mathematical understanding

  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Pass a drug screening
  • No felony convictions within the past 7 years
