Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, training, and administrative duties.
- Strategic Collaboration: Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with Regional Director to ensure company values, mission, philosophy, and procedures are embraced.
- Performance Metrics: Responsible for clinic metrics, including clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and visits.
- Quality Improvement: Analyze patient satisfaction survey feedback to understand how to improve services and provide solutions to enhance services and care.
- Communication and Teamwork: Plan and conduct monthly clinic meetings, communicating with staff consistently.
- Resource Management: Manage clinic services and resources to meet operational and financial objectives.
- Compliance and Training: Monitor completion of required training classes for clinic staff.
- Scheduling and Staffing: Create and manage the schedule of the clinic, approve expense requests, timesheets, and PTO, maintaining appropriate coverage levels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and internal compliance programs.
- Hiring and Development: Conduct interviews for clinical staff and make hiring recommendations.
- Customer Service: Respond to all clinical complaints.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with Supervising Physician.
- Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPA) and/or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree (Strongly preferred).
- Experience: At least two years of healthcare management experience preferred.
- Provider Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider/Physical Therapist in a relevant practice, such as Family Medical Practice, ER or Trauma Unit, and/or Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility.
