Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for IT equipment in a large corporate environment
- Install, move, add, and change IT equipment as needed
- Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows and MAC devices
- Support retail stores with technical issues, including payment terminals, printers, scanners, and back-office PCs
- Restore and migrate user data
- Manage IT equipment inventory, including asset auditing
- Provide smart hands support to other technical teams
- Support video conference room equipment and meetings
- Execute and follow knowledge base articles
- Provide special event support, including after-hours support as needed
- Offer VIP support
- Windows and MAC hardware and software troubleshooting skills and experience
- Ability to research and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties
- Experience supporting MAC and Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smart phones, and audio/video equipment
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN infrastructure
- High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work requirements
- Ability to operate and communicate effectively under pressure
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good technical writing skills and ability to document work performed
- Ability to communicate and interact with technical and non-technical customers
