Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for IT equipment in a large corporate environment
  • Install, move, add, and change IT equipment as needed
  • Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through a ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows and MAC devices
  • Support retail stores with technical issues, including payment terminals, printers, scanners, and back-office PCs
  • Restore and migrate user data
  • Manage IT equipment inventory, including asset auditing
  • Provide smart hands support to other technical teams
  • Support video conference room equipment and meetings
  • Execute and follow knowledge base articles
  • Provide special event support, including after-hours support as needed
  • Offer VIP support
Requirements:
  • Windows and MAC hardware and software troubleshooting skills and experience
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties
  • Experience supporting MAC and Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smart phones, and audio/video equipment
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN infrastructure
  • High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work requirements
  • Ability to operate and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
Customer Experience Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good technical writing skills and ability to document work performed
  • Ability to communicate and interact with technical and non-technical customers
