Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, update, and troubleshoot Windows-based and Mac-based workstations in a corporate environment using ConfigMgr, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and other system management tools.
- Support wired and wireless networks, VPN, collaboration tools, A/V devices, and conference room systems.
- Provide support for Office365, major browsers, popular applications, encryption software, anti-virus solutions, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDIs), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, file and printing services, and shared drives.
- Familiarity with standard helpdesk ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow and Jira.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in desktop support, with a strong background in Windows environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
