Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, update, and troubleshoot Windows-based and Mac-based workstations in a corporate environment using ConfigMgr, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and other system management tools.
  • Support wired and wireless networks, VPN, collaboration tools, A/V devices, and conference room systems.
  • Provide support for Office365, major browsers, popular applications, encryption software, anti-virus solutions, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDIs), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, file and printing services, and shared drives.
  • Familiarity with standard helpdesk ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and tools, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in desktop support, with a strong background in Windows environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
