Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of referral sources for purchase and refinance mortgages.
- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored loan solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on our loan products and qualification criteria to provide expert advice to clients.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan applications and documentation.
- Identify strong lending opportunities and utilize professional judgment to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (high school diploma or equivalent acceptable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential mortgage sales.
- Proven track record of success in residential mortgage loans.
- Current NMLS license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Encompass.
