Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (REMOTE) to play a key role in driving company growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging in new business opportunities. You will collaborate with our current Account Managers, setting up meetings with prospective clients from cold calls and warm inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Set up meetings for Account Managers with prospective clients.
  • Promote company products and services, aligning them with the client's needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and progress in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Investigation background (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
Working Conditions:
  • Office-like environment with constant temperatures.
  • Frequent periods of stationary work.
  • Work outside normal business hours, including occasional weekends, when necessary.
  • Constant operation of office machinery, such as computers and printers.
  • Frequent communication with clients, customers, and co-workers via telephone and in person.
