We are seeking an experienced Senior Sanctions Analytics & Compliance Specialist to join our compliance team at Akraya, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and Tableau to drive business growth and compliance. With a focus on enhancing our compliance strategy, you will build and maintain dashboards, monitor anomalies, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective use of data in decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities in our compliance strategy.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance our compliance measures.
  • Maintain and improve Tableau visualizations for in-depth data analysis.
  • Monitor and report on data anomalies and trends.
  • Collaborate with Policy and Ops teams to address and resolve product-related issues.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
