Job Overview

Navitas is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and advanced troubleshooting to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and systems configuration to resolve complex issues.
  • Work closely with service desk and NOC staff to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Perform full lifecycle of Incident management activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years' experience in the field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum Education: College degree and HDI Service Desk Analyst certification and Microsoft DST or equivalent certificate required.
