Job Summary

Orlando Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.
  • Order Processing: Process and fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary supplies are delivered to the correct departments.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our automated system, ensuring that all inventory levels and orders are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory management software.
  • Experience: None required, but previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
