Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records for students and alumni
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as university policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to students, faculty, and staff
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic records management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
