The Academic Records Manager plays a critical role in the university's operations, overseeing the management of academic records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records for students and alumni
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as university policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and support to students, faculty, and staff
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic records management or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
