About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Director to lead our product marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that resonates with our customers and drives adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our customers
  • Lead a team of product marketers to drive product comprehension and adoption across customers, geographies, and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, and use that insight to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Hire, develop, and retain a world-class team of product marketers
Requirements
  • 15+ years of work experience, with 8+ years of product marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment
  • Deep B2B product marketing expertise, with a focus on SMBs and independent businesses
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex business and product problems
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to establish and grow cross-functional relationships at senior levels
  • Relentlessly resourceful and hungry to make an impact on the community
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $236,000 to $354,000 per year, plus equity and benefits
  • A hybrid schedule with 2 days of in-office work per week and the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year
