Position Summary

We are seeking a Process Engineer to enhance our manufacturing operations. This role involves the development, implementation, and optimization of industrial processes aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and product quality. You will collaborate with various departments, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and research and development, to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis and Enhancement: Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify areas for improvement, aiming to maximize yield and minimize waste.
  • Process Development: Design and refine processes from conception to operational readiness, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control measures, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions to uphold product standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their quality expectations and address any process-related concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process modifications and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Safety Management: Prioritize safety in all aspects of process improvement and adhere to safety regulations to foster a secure working environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and quality management within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
