Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at Gold's Gym Washington

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Safety and Education Specialist to join our team at Gold's Gym Washington. As a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing a safe and clean environment for club members to swim and play.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible scheduling, ongoing training and education opportunities, and the chance to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure member safety.
  • Perform daily safety checks of the facility to prevent accidents.
  • Teach group lessons as well as private and semi-private lessons to children and adults.
  • Certify new staff members within 60 days of hire and provide regular training on aquatic safety and emergency procedures.
Requirements
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
  • CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED Trained, and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to swim all four competitive strokes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
