**About the Role:**

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a skilled Contract Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Vancouver. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.

**Job Summary:**

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their health status and develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and physician orders.
  • Administer skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and self-care techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and social factors to inform care planning.

Individualized Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.

Nursing Care and Education: Provide skilled nursing care, educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques, and ensure continuity of care.

**Requirements:**

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum 6 months of geriatric home health experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.

**What We Offer:**
