Home Health Contract Specialist

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Vancouver, WA.
This role requires strong proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software, providing a chance to work with a dedicated team in a patient-centered environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document using OASIS standards
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
- Deliver direct nursing care, including wound care and medication management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient recovery
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and self-care practices
- Active RN license in Washington
- Proficiency in OASIS and experience with Homecare Homebase required
- 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
- Locals and travelers both accepted
