Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as our Program Coordinator. This role will be responsible for developing engaging STEM curricula for in-person and virtual programs, ensuring program supplies and resources are adequate, and supporting program evaluation using tools like SAYO and PEAR.

The Program Coordinator will also assist in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting program staff and volunteers, facilitate team communication to address program needs, identify and cultivate new school partnerships in Boston and Lowell, maintain strong relationships with school leaders and community organizations, and develop systems to improve program efficiency and impact.
