Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $15.50 to $17.21 per hour based on skills and experience.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement plan with employer match.Key Responsibilities

The Activities Assistant - Life Enrichment will be responsible for coordinating, directing, and delivering wellness and recreation programs for our residents. This includes:

  • Assisting with the coordination and delivery of wellness and recreation programs.
  • Providing hands-on involvement in programs for the majority of their scheduled time.
  • Assisting in the supervision, orientation, and planning of volunteers.
  • Assisting in the coordination of calendar events.
  • Assisting in evaluating resident wellness needs and exploring opportunities for engagement within the six dimensions: purposeful, emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and intellectual.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Activities experience with older adults preferred but not required.
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently.
