We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Scheduler to provide exceptional support to our clinical departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between staff members.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling:Manage daily schedules for clinical personnel, including assigning visits, therapy evaluations, and admissions.
  • Communication:Screen phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to Clinical Manager or take notes as required.
  • Reporting:Run HCHB reports as needed, including Agent Summary Report, Schedule Request Report, Referral Report, Census, Visit Time Audit Report, and Visit Report.
  • Operations:Assist managers with day-to-day operations, workflow management, and equipment support according to office requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement:Participate in Performance Improvement/CQI process, complete Corporate Compliance Calls, and maintain original monthly summary sheets.
Requirements
  • Education:High school diploma or GED required.
  • Skills:Experience using Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, etc.), strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
