Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Build loyalty and repeat business by delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Champion Thrifty White Programs: Enroll patients in initiatives such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Model, coach, and maintain high standards in patient service, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Optimize Workflow and Systems: Structure and organize prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services for efficient operations.
- Develop Long-Term Care Business: Communicate with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences to identify opportunities and provide excellent service.
- Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with marketers to capitalize on Long Term Care and Specialty business.
- Dispense Medications and Provide Clinical Services: Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, related supplies, and clinical pharmacy services.
This role requires long periods of standing and frequent activities such as talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, handling objects, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Requirements- A pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
- A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
- Current Immunization Certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- NPI Number.
