Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including filling prescriptions, processing patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software.
