Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales and customer engagement
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to drive business results
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Store Manager experience in a specialty retailer
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
