- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and ensuring that our services meet their expectations.
- Training and Development: Work with our training department to ensure that our field service personnel receive the training and development they need to succeed.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our field service personnel, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, such as business administration or operations management.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant business leadership experience, including profit/loss and key performance indicators.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and relationship building skills, demonstrated leadership and business skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $87,000 annually, based on education, experience, and performance.
