This position is set to transition from Greensboro, NC to Liberty, NC upon the completion of site construction. The role will involve a hybrid work model, combining both in-office and remote responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For
The Accounting and Finance Department at Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina (TBMNC) is in search of a dedicated and motivated Senior Analyst specializing in Productivity.
The primary focus of this role is to analyze and report on all productivity metrics within the facility, alongside monitoring headcount status and targets essential for operational efficiency.
Reporting directly to the TBMNC A&F Finance Manager, this position will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance department's goal of maintaining competitive productivity metrics among battery manufacturers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data such as total worked hours, actual and forecasted headcount, attrition rates, and other labor-related factors to provide management with insights on productivity and labor status.
- Collaborate with the TMNA productivity group to report on production efficiency and hours per unit, articulating facility performance at an executive level.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including HR and Manufacturing, to assess headcount needs, ensuring optimal operational levels for both personnel and cost efficiency.
- As the facility is in its start-up phase, you will have the opportunity to propose labor KPIs and tracking methodologies, taking ownership of labor reporting for a billion-dollar manufacturing operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Cost Productivity and/or labor analytics.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience with SAP Financials.
- Familiarity with BPC Planning for SAP.
- Background in Automotive Manufacturing.
- Experience within Toyota's Accounting & Finance framework.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including data importation and report creation.
- Proficient in PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing Cost Productivity, including tracking hours per unit and headcount analysis.
- Experience in supporting hiring and headcount tracking initiatives.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing processes.
