We are seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Reservations, Revenue Enhancement, Night Audit, Housekeeping, and maximizing guest satisfaction while ensuring budgeted levels of profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service and Housekeeping Operations: Supervise and manage the Guest Service and Housekeeping teams to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Policy and Procedure Enforcement: Maintain and enforce established company policies and procedures related to customer service, revenue enhancement, and housekeeping operations.
- Revenue Management: Work closely with the Revenue Management Team to review accommodations availability, yield management, group pick-up, pricing strategies, and develop opportunities to enhance revenues.
- Staff Scheduling and Development: Oversee the scheduling of Guest Service and Housekeeping staff to ensure adequate staffing levels, within budget restraints, and established productivity standards.
- Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations, including coaching, counseling, and ongoing training and development.
- Inventory and Controls: Maintain key inventory and controls, perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, and ensure that all supplies are ordered and stocked.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
