Hotel Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at PM Hotel Group. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, and handling all front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and services, and provide recommendations to guests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including property management systems and databases.
